Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Mexico City, Mexico. Users agree that they may bring claims against UPLOAD.food only in their individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Account Security: • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account • You must provide accurate and complete information • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations

Auto-Renewal: • Subscriptions automatically renew monthly at $2.99 USD • Renewal occurs unless canceled prior to renewal date • Prices may be subject to additional taxes or fees based on user's location Cancellation: • Cancel anytime through account settings • Takes effect at end of current billing cycle • No partial refunds for unused time Payment Terms: • All payments are processed in USD through Stripe • Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees • Access may be suspended for failed payments • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

• Service is provided from Mexico • Users access the service internationally at their own discretion • Users are responsible for compliance with their local laws • All prices are in USD regardless of user location • Users are responsible for applicable taxes in their jurisdiction • Service availability may vary by region Early Access & Beta Features: • Some features may be in beta or early access • We may modify or discontinue features without notice • Service stability and availability may vary during launch period

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UPLOAD.food shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Disclaimer: • Service provided "as is" without warranties • We don't guarantee uninterrupted service • Not liable for accuracy of AI-generated content • Users responsible for verifying recipe safety • We're not responsible for cooking outcomes • Early access features may have limited functionality

UPLOAD.food reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately for new users and upon the next subscription renewal for existing users.
